CONSULTATION
Free appointment and/or consultation. We will discuss and clarify your needs.
DESIGN
Based on your needs we will begin designing. At this stage we will submit design layout visuals for your approval until you are 100% satisfied.
DRAFTING
Begin and complete the drafting details for your project.
SUBMIT FOR APPROVAL
Submitting your completed plans to the city/county for permits. We continue to make any needed changes/edits and respond to any city comments until 100% approved.
